After a few years I began to take on clients of my own and build out my consulting practice. Today, I actively work with 100+ companies and was recently named Predictive Index Associate of the Year.As President of PI Midlantic my role is to support our continued growth through managing day-to-day operations, developing our associate network, and representing PI Midlantic as a national speaker at various leadership and talent conferences.
