In my role as Project Manager and Project Office Manager, I oversaw the project management, financial management, risk management and operational governance of all projects, as well as led and managed a high performing project team of project managers and business analysts. I successfully developed and led workshops to breakdown initiatives into features, epics, and user stories, and tailored my communication style to a diverse stakeholder group to explain the intricacies of the business requirements. I provided team mentoring, motivation, and oversight to foster a culture of excellence and ensure all members were following the correct project methodology in their daily activities. Furthermore, I managed and delivered phase 1 of the ERP replacement project, transferring all back-end servers from Oracle onto Unit 4 Business World. In addition, I oversaw the project management of the ERP replacement project, phase 2, utilising waterfall methodology to set up corporate credit cards, moving from American Express to Citibank, as well as developing and setting up the employee portal to facilitate expenses claims and adjust personal details. I successfully led the Enterprise Service Management project, using agile methodology to lift and shift all data from SharePoint to Confluence. As Project Manager, I utilised advanced stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management to build professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle, successfully managing delivery expectations. Overseeing the development and implementation of best practice project risk management strategies, I identified blockers and implemented best practice mitigation plans to prevent re-occurrence. Notably, I led a high performing project team to deliver phase 3 of the ERP replacement project, increasing operational efficiency for the accounts team by over 50% through the automation of processes.
