Integrity is my compass in life, and with that I bring honesty to marketing. As a marketer, truth and integrity have been my driving force when developing strategic approaches to elevating brands and bringing in revenue. My career has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, demonstrated through my ability to lead cross-functional teams and leverage analytical data to ensure brand integrity stays intact, learn how customers stay loyal and develop competitive strategies to attract new business. I do this by looking at the metrics around campaigns, brand awareness, and listening to my team on where they believe there is room for improvement.I have found that encouraging others to think outside the box and serving as a resource for my teams to remove obstacles and provide tools to make everyone’s job easier, creates an environment of trust and innovation. In the words of Leif Babin: “A leader must be willing to listen to feedback and criticism, and continuously strive to improve themselves and their team.”I bring a diverse marketing background across various industries, and have navigated the challenges from large organizations to startups. Now as I seek my next marketing leadership role, I am excited to leverage this experience to contribute meaningful work to my next team and organization. I aim to find a role that resonates with my values, skills and ambitions. In my house we have a quote hanging on the wall that says “Work hard. Be Kind. Stay Humble.” I say this to my kids every day. As a mom (AKA little tornado tamer) my ultimate goal for my kids is that they show kindness above all else, in the classroom, on the playground or the field. As a proud Midwesterner my family and I enjoy many outdoor adventures, from fishing, archery, camping- even in winter, and anything in-between. When I'm not immersed in work or outside, you can find me at the gym or channeling my creativity into refurbishing old furniture.
