I Oversee 20 plus personnel and the day to day operation of the store including open and closing procedures, work order management, performing the CICO (Check-In, Check-Out) procedures, providing high levels of customer service, adhering to daily scheduling and/or making necessary modifications, inventory management and proper cash handling. I Drive the team's performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPI's) meet or exceed company goals including but not limited to Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion and quality metrics. In conjunction with the Quality Managers I work to ensure that every technician is SafeTech certified and through training, re-training and coaching that all technicians are performing a quality install or repair on every job. I have over-site to over a 5 million dollar budget and for this year running 46% above budget.

I conduct policy reviews and provide management incite to streamline the sales and rental process. I recruited and trained new event planners for weddings and corporate sales. Started as a Security Consultant and was awarded "Top Security Consultant" for the Orlando (Central Florida Region) monthly among 60 reps. I was quickly promoted within 6 months as a sales manager and transferred to Sarasota where I took over a smaller branch and was able to double the monthly units installed within four month. Scott Alarm was sold to Republic Industries and then to Security Link at which time I was "downsized" and my branch closed and consolidated to the Tampa Branch. I received many awards and accommodations! After the downsizing I had the opportunity to become an acquisition manager locating office space and recruiting personal, training them and worked the east coast of the United States opening alarm companies. I also worked for Checkpoint Security as a General Sales manager overseeing several branches. I later became Vice President of Sales at Action Security and gave over-site to the beginning of the alarm division, hired a sales team, install, service team and developed the telemarketing teams to include establishing a central monitoring station, I ended my career back with ADT security.
