Working at a large bank on the PCI (payment card industry) and DSS (data security standard) compliance initiative to remove personal account numbers (PAN) from test environments. This involves researching files, jobs and layouts to determine if PAN exists, coding and testing programs/jobs to tokenize PAN when it does exist, documenting results/progress and migrating modules to production environments. Additionally this involves working and coordinating with a group a plan of action, items needing to be completed and mentoring newer contractors.

Worked in a team environment using the Agile project methodology to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients. Responsible for coding new software, investigating and enhancing existing software, testing and testing documentation, platform migration, data analysis, providing new project development and enhancement estimates in addition to technical specifications. Project lead for multiple party events involving internal, client and third-party teams which involved leading meetings, creating and maintaining project documentation and knowledge transfer materials, assigning roles for tasks, collaborating across internal groups and working with subject matter experts and running mock and live events.

Worked in daily support and in product development. In daily support, performed more complex analysis for production systems. Responsible for incident resolution, coding new software and enhancing existing software, testing, creating unit/regression/volume test scripts and test documentation, platform migration and data analysis. Led internal events and worked directly with clients to achieve desired results. Provided input to complex technical designs and proposed customer solutions. Participated in the on-call support rotation and mentored new associates. Provided technical specs to international teams and worked with them to complete solutions. Worked with multiple types of data sets for researching, manipulating and updating database structures.In development, worked within an Agile team using the Agile project methodology. Participated in daily scrums and multiple party project meetings. Visited client sites for all-day project kickoffs and planning sessions.
