Directed daily operations and night course training for the 10KSB program.Created and managed the annual calendar to track program milestones and to keep in line with the Goldman Sachs corporate office requirements and deadlines.Managed the application and selection process of all small business applicants.Coordinated the assembly and delivery of all curriculum materials from Delgado CC, Goldman Sachs, Babson College, and all other program partners.Developed and managed the program budget, which included program purchasing, payroll, vendor management, and faculty contracts.
