From working within a credit union, to working behind the chair in a salon, one thing I can say is that having a culture that puts a person at he forefront is where a business can find even the smallest success. While looking for a career within Human Resources, it is important for me to find a company that aligns that culture and encourages growth and has empathy for their team. In my personal life, I can very frequently be found enjoying an evening with my husband, daughter, and pets, listening to a Podcast, reading a book, or working out. I always have an "open-door" motto in life because I feel that everyone deserves the chance. The smallest task can make the biggest impact.
