Head of Library Information Systems, administer Voyager integrated library system, deploy and maintain library hardware and software, serve as liaison between the library and other campus IT units, and provide IT training for library staff.

Provide support for the Library's Voyager System, the Library's web pages, electronic resources, and in-house databases. Responsible for all technical aspects of the Interlibrary Loan, Serials, and Database (abstracts, indexes, and fulltext) operations of NJIT's main and branch libraries. • Database responsibilities include electronic resource cataloging, licensing, technical access, evaluation, and participation in selection discussions. • Interlibrary Loan responsibilities include training of staff, assignment of duties, operation and maintenance of ILL software, services, and local documentation (CLIO, CLIOrequest, Ariel, web-based data services and OCLC services) • Serials responsibilities include implementation and maintenance of the Voyager Acquisitions/Serials Module; Training of staff, assignment of duties and writing of documentation; serials cataloging & catalog maintenance; Ordering and financial management of subscriptions of both print and online resources; Tracking use of online resources; Management of technical access; Management of faculty selection and ranking of journal budget.

Director of the Library's media services department and the coordinated instructional facility multimedia computer lab • Responsible for the integration of new electronic technologies (including web technology) in line with library's mission • Supervision of 1.5 FTE and several student assistants • Worked closely with students and faculty in assessing multimedia needs and developing multimedia resources • Assisted subject specialists with multimedia collection development • General reference duties • Participated in general library instruction program; taught specialized technology-based classes and workshops.

Provided broad support for integration of electronic information sources into the overall program of the library • Identified and evaluated electronic information sources for the public service program and collections of the science research libraries • Trained librarians and staff, and contributed to the preparation of user documentation and instructional materials • Reference duties.
