This was my second time here during down times in the economy and needing to pay the bills. Management was happy to have me back, I believe because of my strong work ethic.There was no job that I didn't offer to do when the team needed some help. I did everything from clean the dishes, take out the garbage, work the door seating customers, bussing tables, working the bar and helping in the kitchen. I wanted to learn all aspects of the business.

I performed daily website maintenance on over 100 different e-commerce websites. Increased web traffic by 50% and revenues by 20% by performing daily website maintenance of e-commerce websites by ensuring links were active, descriptions were accurate and product web pages were at or near the top of major search engines.

There, I created and led two in-class training sessions, two weeks in duration each, for approximately 80 newly hired representatives. Based training on personal experience, selecting key policies and procedures to focus on. Provided ongoing mentorship and hands-on support for six months, ensuring uniform understanding among customer service representatives and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. Ramped up the new team in 2 months.I received two Achievement awards from the VP and other Senior Management for my work on the training and transition.Yellow Belt trained (Lean Six Sigma) on a project that generated $2M in additional revenue by reducing the number of days, to 7 from 90 days, the amount of time required to re-sell a returned computer.
