Determine client needs and possible objectives, provide persuasive arguments to close the sale. Negotiation of final group rates within provided range to maximize revenues.• Assist in coordination of group requirements with necessary departments to provide quality service to guests.• Conduct FAM tours, Site inspections and represent HCV at trade/consumer shows, presentations and other functions as designated.

• Daily revenue management to create most productive ADR.• Work with welcome centers, AAA Offices, tour operators, corporate accounts such as Corporate Lodging and Creative Lodging to produce transient business.• Determine the best route for spending our marketing dollars to produce the most room nights and revenue.• Solict group business in working with individuals such as the Kissimmee Convention & Visitors Bureau, Central Florida Sports Commission, etc.• Create incentives for the front desk to produce walk-in business at a higher ADR.• Attend CHOICE Meetings and tradeshows.• Reports such as the market segment reports, weekly report to the corporate office, end of month reports as well as create Sales and Marketing Plan for the next year including or room nights and revenue goals.
