Creating and launching a new magazine from scratch, building a new product for an under-served market and developing an engaged audience • Serving as the Editor-in-Chief for 20 print issues of a magazine and a daily blog—meeting deadlines, improving the product, and hitting revenue targets • Taking over Echo Conference as the Director in its’ second year and leading the conference to 250% growth over four years • Translating the voice and goals of the magazine and conference to web content, social media channels, and digital marketing initiatives • Cultivating key voices and partnerships to advance the magazine and conference in its market, generating audience engagement and revenue
