In August of 2008, became sole manager of all aspects of the Minnesota Corporate Banking Office. Responsibilities include:• Account Management - Continually work to broaden and deepen the bank’s relationship with existing clients and selected prospective customers, including coordinating the financing needs of customer’s foreign subsidiaries through the bank’s branch network.• Business Development - Oversee activities associated with a defined portfolio of 25 to 35 account relationships and prospects with the primary purpose of generating profitable revenue opportunities with such clients to achieve the goals and objectives of the Bank and the Branch.• Cross Selling - Position the bank competitively and work closely with MUFG product team members handling capital markets activities, foreign exchange, currency and interest rate hedging, M&A, leasing, securitization, supply chain finance, project finance, trade finance, cash management activities, and investment-related services including pension, corporate trust and custody services.• Budgeting - Responsible for projecting and meeting revenue and profitability targets for the branch.• Credit and Portfolio Maintenance Activities – Work with the portfolio management group to facilitate the credit process for the clients. Prepare and summarize key relationship and profitability considerations.• Strategic Projects - Participate in various initiatives or projects as required by senior management.• Compliance - Business Line Security Officer for the Minnesota Office, including managing the MN state audit every two years.• Promoted to Managing Director in May of 2013.
