Leading teams to help governments and businesses address climate change and increase sustainability through decarbonization, electrification, and resilience.• Led ICF’s support for the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General’s report and Congressional testimony on operational, financial and environmental opportunities and challenges for USPS fleet electrification. Directed research, financial modeling, environmental analysis, regulatory review, industry interviews and expert recommendations. • Led multidisciplinary teams from ICF and client and partner agencies to develop electric vehicle readiness plans for regional organizations, local governments and electric utilities. Directed analyses of policies, charging demand forecasts, infrastructure needs and costs, fleet opportunities, and utility grid impacts.

• Oversaw implementation of California’s $30M+/year statewide incentive program for electric vehicle infrastructure. • Managed a team of expert consultants to provide planning and technical assistance to deploy electric vehicle charging stations at the regional, local and property levels.

• Led analyses of value chains in multiple industries to identify companies with greatest potential for high-impact partnerships to drive innovative sustainability practices for agriculture, water and climate. Developed financial models to demonstrate the profitability of sustainable practices and products. Advised the development and execution of partnerships with $15B food company and $2B agricultural retail company.

• Helped develop Palau's national policies for sustainable land management, water supply, and wastewater management. • Developed sustainable finance plan for multi-governmental conservation efforts across Micronesia. Plan includes $21M annual budget, $55M endowment, and $98M fundraising plan.

• Co-led development of innovative framework for nanotechnology safety. Resulting framework was downloaded over 4,000 times in more than 100 countries and was adopted as an international standard.• Initiated partnership with $39B private equity firm to improve environmental and financial performance across 40+ company portfolio. Three-company pilot project reduced operating costs by $16 million and air pollution by 25,000 tons.• Developed environmental and financial model for “green fleet” program for 500,000-vehicle fleet management company, reducing pollution by 14% and costs by 4%.

• Re-designed 1,000-person, $50M sales force management organization to reduce operational costs by $7M while improving customer service. Led cross-functional teams to design and execute transition plan and staff new positions nationwide.

• Managed development of industry input on major federal rulemakings. Collaborated with corporate executives, legal and scientific advisors, and research staff.• Recommended foreign expansion strategies for global agriculture company based on analyses of governmental, economic, environmental, and social trends.
