I was on a team that focused on Kelly's largest customer. I was in charge of creating our three main reports each week in Excel by utilizing PeopleSoft, Cognos, and VMS reporting. I remained in constant communication with various groups while frequently creating ad hoc reports for the customer to analyze and assist in finding resolutions. Follow up and escalation were vital in this role to maintain receivables and keep past due values down.

In this role I used vendor management systems to pull reports and research outstanding payroll issues. Daily, I would run Macros in Excel and analyze large data sets by using pivot tables and look ups, as well as Cognos and PeopleSoft reporting. Time management, communication, and escalation were critical in this role to meet the deadlines.

I was initially hired in as maintenance crew at Red Oaks Water Park where I operated the water features and maintained park grounds as well as assisting the public as needed. I later transferred to the Southfield office where I would contact companies for potential sponsorship opportunities as well as assist in planning and carrying out county events.
