Visual Business Suite (VBS) – Developed and maintained an ERP Software Package for IT solution providers that serves VAR (value-added reseller) businesses across the US and Canada which range in size from $7M to over $400M, with combined revenues of over $1B. System/Data Analyst -Lead Analyst/programmer for an Inventory module for the Visual Business Suite. Met with the clients on site to analyze their current Inventor process. Created a design document from information gathered from the meeting. After the design document was approved, followed thru with the software developers until new module was delivered to the client. This resulted in 3 new clients of the Visual Business Suite that needed a new Inventory system. - Utilize Excel, Access, and SQL to provided Ad Hoc reporting for VBS clients. - Generated a data warehouse to store General Ledger information to create business reports for executives. - Requirements gathering and system designs for projects that interfaced with Visual Business Suite which included Inventory, CRM, Sales Tax, and XML interchange with IBM Vendors. - Analyzing data to find and fix problems that was generated by VBS or end users.Senior Programmer - Lead Developer for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commissions, Inventory and Sales Tax modules. Web Service Integrations to IBM/HP Distributors for Quotes, Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable XML transactions. - Integrations to external software packages, including CRM, Payroll, FRX, and Insurance software. - Key contributor on a team that moved Visual Business Suite from a GUI solution to an internet-based java solution within a 13 month time period using GeneXus. - Part of the QA team testing on average 8 software releases a year.

RxDP – Developed and maintained one of the industry leaders in retail pharmacy management software for independent and chain pharmacies across the US. - Implemented Medicare, Medicaid, and Third party Insurance billing using NCPDP and EDI standards.- Supported and maintained Medi-Span database interface to monitor prescription drug reactions.- Supported PharmASSIST (Auto Dispensing) interface.ScriptLine – Interface with accounts receivable reconciliation software to provide an accounting and tracking mechanism for all third-party transactions by reconciling each submitted claim until full payment is received.Sales – Helped in the sale cycle providing demo’s to potential clients.Help Desk - 3rd Tier technical support.
