Lead component Engineers with daily activity. Ensure that Engineers followed "best practice" design methodologies. Keep Engineers focused and on target to meet program milestones, with correct level components, and that their parts met DV/PV test requirements. Monitor hours billed to programs and submit overtime requirements.

Relaease suspension components such as springs, shocks, bushings, stabilizer bars, isolators, etc. As the release engineer I was responsible for developing the DFMEA, DVP&R, setting up component and system level testing, meeting program milestones, and overall program management from a component level.

Complete design and packaging of front and rear suspension systems (solid axle and independent). Design and packaging of power steering system (pump, steering gear, and hoses).

I am the RT (minivan) tunable components, geometry, and alignment Engineer. Tunable components include springs, shocks, bushings, isolators, and stabilizer bars.
