New Zealand brands include Catalina Sounds (No.1 selling super premium NZ wine brand in Australia), Crowded House and Nanny Goat Vineyard. Australian brands include Tar&Roses, In Dreams, Cake, Mojo, Alta, Rising and Sticks. Operations in Marlborough, Central Otago, South Australia, Heathcote, Yarra Valley and Slovakia (Glassware). A majority of the wine is sold in Australia and export markets. Imported wine brands (e.g. Bandini Prosecco, Rameau d'Or Rose and Fat Bastard) are produced through strong international partnerships in France, Italy, California, Argentina and Spain.

Management and development of the export division of Indevin Partners - New Zealand’s largest wine producer and leader in large scale wine infrastructure & supply. Built team and large scale partnerships that integrated major international retailers and wine companies into the New Zealand wine supply chain.

Management and development of the Asia Pacific region with full P&L responsibility. Company setup in Australia and establishing the Japanese market.

Setting and implementing the marketing strategy for all international markets outside the US. Member of the executive team, turning the business round and achieving the goal of doubling turnover every year.

Management of NPD for 4 of the 9 core global brands (Kahlua, Courvoisier, Malibu and Tia Maria) for the worlds second largest drinks company. Further resposibilities for innovation of RTD's and a number of local market leader brands.

Management of the sales and operations planning process between sales, marketing, finance and production planning - formalising demand and supply planning.

Managing multiple European Innovation and NPD projects from concept to market execution. Member of UK Sugar Segment Team involved in brand planning and setting strategy.

Strategic, operational and tactical decisions support and recommendations to management.

Responsible for multi channel sales in the Northland region of New Zealand.
