I like to provide my customers with detailed inspection reports along with the original quote. Attending the site to do a full inspection, or at our location here in the city. Safety, quality, and production; Safety will remain my focus, I believe every job can be completed in a safe manner if properly planned. All the materials to do a job safe are provided and available, at the end of the day I am proud to say I work for a safety driven company that I support 100%. Quality; I believe that a good product is completed only when it is at the highest level of quality. A detailed report to show the customer is key, explaining where work was completed if a repair is complete, or a detailed plan with hold and inspection points for new fabrication. Each job will have a detailed quality report that each customer will be proud to view. Production; "we help clients keep production in motion" we provide shipping, welding services, along with multiple other trades. We do quote to finish work, large or small jobs. I also know that timelines are important to all customers. I create Gantt charts that are provided to customers to show them where there project will be at any given time. I operate in a transparent manner, the customer is in the loop and receives updates on their schedule so they are prepared for providing updates on their end as well.

Working at Joy Global I was responsible for the safety, quality, and production in the welding/mechanical side of the Fort McMurray business. Quoting each job for the repair facility, and managing each job through to finish. Attending customer sites, inspecting, and providing a detailed report with each quote. Safety has always been my main focus and each job would start and follow through with that remaining key. Quality reports of each job would be completed. I was responsible for the safety, quality, and production in the welding/mechanical side of the Fort McMurray business. I had a great team supporting me and it was a pleasure to work with such a great team of welders, mechanics, and labourers.
