About Scott Coon

In my youth whenever I got hold of an electronic device I would curiously push all of the buttons to learn what was possible! This natural love for technology led me to a career in Computer Information Technology. I love how this profession allows for challenging troubleshooting opportunities as well as the immense satisfaction I get from helping others solve their problems. Some of my proudest accomplishments include: Revamping a support department’s procedures, workflows, & documentation to achieve a record-breaking 97.5% positive satisfaction rating on our support services.Playing a critical role in the retention of a global customer base, thus generating millions of dollars in revenue.Creating an automatic regression testing suite that reduced the time spent regression testing by several hours. Leading a team of over 30 technicians on a logistically complex deployment project on the Tinker Air Force Base. I’m eager to apply my customer support, technical troubleshooting, testing, and communication skills in a new and challenging role where I can set a new standard for excellence. And yes, I still like to push all of the buttons.
