I have worked in the financial services industry for over 26 years and have 19 years people & process management experience. I am a highly competent call centre operations manager whose key focus is on increased productivity and reduced costs, whilst always doing the right thing for the customer, end user, and staff wellbeing. I possess a sound knowledge of regulatory and FCA guidelines ranging from CCA compliance to handling customer vulnerability. I have a proven and successful track record of delivering monetary and call quality targets. I am loyal and have progressed with the same company for over 21 years as it has expanded and developed. I have extensive experience of change management and have been a test and solution delivery lead as part of a 2-year project. Since 2015 I have been working as a portfolio implementation manager overseeing the onboarding of new portfolios in their entirety, delivering to meet both internal and external requirements. In 2019, after redundancy, I went back to test management as a contractor delivering a live serving platform and project managing/testing the transition from on premises servers to the cloud. In 2020 I went back to being an FTE as a test lead and managing a test team.
