My role in management is a dual role that includes both being the leader of the corporate department, as well as a member of the Digby Leigh & Company management team. My management role includes being responsible for the overall strategic planning of the business, human resources, financial planning and acting as a liaison between the Corporate Department and Management group.My role as a Corporate Leader includes hosting Corporate Department meetings with a goal of increasing department efficiency, being responsible for corresponding with the Management group on behalf of the Corporate Department, being a leader to 7-10 corporate team members to support them in achieving financial targets and attaining their individual goals and hosting individual meetings with the corporate team members.

My practice is in corporate commercial, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. The majority of my practice involves working on both the buy-side and sell-side of asset and share transactions, with the remainder of my practice in more general corporate commercial.

Our experience as accountants and lawyers creates a very high level of comfort to assist our clients with transactions that involve the buying and selling of company shares or assets.We also assist clients with the buying, selling and leasing of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on the North Shore and the Sea-to-Sky communities.
