Manage all personnel aspects from hiring to terminations, reviews, disciplinary actions, timecard approvals, orientations, etc. Manage interdepartmental 8D corrective actions, process controls, updating time studies, customer quality audits, creating inventory control and security for specialty components made of precious metals, training documentation and process guidelines documentation in preparation of ISO certification, HAZWOPER certification, and many other aspects of day to day management.

Redesigned layout and production flow of RV frame component line, from coil level and cut, turret, shear to brake press for high volume RV frame manufacturing product line to streamline production and create ergonomic flow, maximizing equipment productivity while minimizing employee “burn-out”.
