Independently define and evolve performance copy standards, ensuring consistent application.- Act as copy expert for performance marketing initiatives, including Display, Paid Social, App Growth, and Paid Search ads, as well as CRM.- Develop and maintain Performance Copywriting Guidelines using data and testing to enhance writers’ effectiveness and autonomy. - Pioneer the use of AI-generated copy and voiceover, providing flexibility and scale in content creation (including the use of ChatGPT and ElevenLabs, using APIs).- Act as the primary contact for translations, aligning them with our Tone of Voice Guides and brand strategy.- Collaborate with the localization team for effective transcreation of copy in multiple languages, and aligning them with our Tone of Voice.- Conceptualize marketing campaigns for performance channels, including CRM and Paid Display ads, ranging from text-only, static design, and video. - Customize prompts and iterate on AI writing tools to suit diverse tones, audiences, and communication goals.- Proofread, edit, and train external freelancers on performance communications, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.
