Handle all daily aspects of production from raw material in the door, to finished product out of the door. Set schedules for 80 hourly employees and approx. 10 salaried employees. As the quality control manager I developed, implemented and managed quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced plastic materials and applications (consistent with established standards, customer specifications and production goals). As production supervisor I was responsible for supervising shop employees in the manufacturing and assembly environment. As Building Supervisor I was responsible for monitoring and securing the safety of the Gemini Center, and Bain Park Cabin facilities ensuring members and guests received exceptional customer service. I conducted walk-throughs and patrolled the facility to preserve order and protect property. I also assisted in membership duties and responded to member questions and concerns.● Tour the facility on a regular basis and complete building checklist● Provide a high level of service and security to members, guests, and program participants● Primary point in monitoring membership desk activities such as cash handling, locker distribution, merchandise inventory, and security procedures.● Take the lead in problem solving building situations during the work shift● Serve as the point of contact with outside authorities for emergency or disturbances to operations and safety

Processed all orders from 3rd FSSG and 31st MEU. Ensured troops on the ground had all necessary items ordered. Also implemented the first 3rd FSSG website in it infancy.
