Beginning his career in Chicago in 1989, Scott has represented hundreds of satisfied clients in Marin and Sonoma Counties. By specializing only in the sale of apartment investments, Scott is able to focus 100% of his attention on the needs of apartment sellers and buyers.Having represented a wide array of private investors, non-profit groups and syndications for over 30 years, he has always stuck with a simple model of apartment brokerage: “Always provide the highest level of service to the client based on a foundation of current accurate information.” In 2006 Scott opened NorCal Commercial, Inc. in Larkspur and learned firsthand what it takes to run a real estate brokerage firm. That chapter ended in 2011 when Scott joined what is now Cushman and Wakefield. As that company became an international platform, it became clear that he was no longer able to serve the needs and interests of local owners, so Scott brought his specialized practice to Bradley Real Estate. Upon the company’s closing in 2019, Scott joined boutique firm, Meridian Commercial. In 2022, Scott re-launched his company Norcal Commercial, Inc. where he is continuing to focus on developing his locally based investment brokerage and advisory business.Gerber is dedicated to market research and produces semi-annual market rent reports for Marin and Sonoma Counties.
