Based in Tallahassee, FL, Scott currently serves within the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's (FDLE) Bureau of Professional Development as a Member Development Manager & Voice Over Professional focusing on organizational development and member growth initiatives. Prior to his current assignment, Scott served the department and Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute as the program administrator for the New Supervisor Leadership Program, Advanced Leadership Program, Florida Leadership Academy, Executive Leadership Seminar, Chief Executive Seminar, and FDLE's Mentoring Program.In April of 2015, Scott was recognized by the Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute Policy Board for his passion, vision, and leadership in elevating the Florida Leadership Academy (2012-2015) to its current status as one of the premier criminal justice professional development programs in the State of Florida. Scott is also a certified instructor of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment tool, having conducted workshops across Florida for first-line supervisors, mid-level managers, and workplace teams.In his spare time, Scott enjoys going to the beach, working on and playing guitars, and providing voice-over work for the Florida criminal justice community! Scott married his high school sweetheart 25 years ago and they have four children.
