Scott was a co-founder of Partisan Media Group and served as its President & Editor-in-Chief. Through his leadership they launched a local magazine to target influential business leaders, community leaders, political activists, elected officials, political and communication consultants, political staffers, and the donor community. The high quality print publication featured substantive content written from a center-right political point of view. In print, the publication reached more than 150,000 readers. The online edition featured a community of forty-four blogs, twenty-seven editors, and 444 editorial contributors.
