I currently oversee a division of HON's commercial excellence division (the division is UOP - $3BN/year revenue). As part of this role, I lead Sales Excellence, Demand Generation and our Commercial Digital Transformation efforts (specifically revolving around SFDC). In the last year, I was tasked to lead my company's first global sales reorganization in over two decades with responsibilities to oversee the optimum org design and to develop and implement all new sales work processes. I trained our global organization on these new work processes and today continue to work to ensure seller productivity is increased 6% YOY. As part of this role, I have been our Executive Management Team for 3+ years.

I oversaw a team of 60 people with sales revenue of $250M/year.

I was the VP/GM leading the daily business operations of a $250M+/year division - with full P&L accountability. In that time, I took a mature business line with declining margin positions and shifted our focus towards growing markets in which we had limited market share. Specifically, I altered our multi-million dollar R&D budget to focus on products in improved markets and strengthened cost positions. A key focus during the role was to optimize our manufacturing footprint which at the time included assets in the U.S., Europe and Asia. To aid in differentiation, I oversaw the development of multiple digital software products which allowed us to grow share in prime markets. In the two years that I ran the business, we grew revenue 25% with increased margins - in markets that were growing at ~ 3% GDP.
