- Serves as a reliable back-up resource for Site Management, covering meetings and conference calls that require timely decision-making.
- Partners with customers to collaboratively develop innovative solutions that will most satisfy everyone’s needs.
- Empowers customers through technological training and documentation.
- Oversees and prioritizes various projects to best support other team members.
- Co-managed the implementation of 600+ VDI devices, as well as accompanying LRS print services, in support of Cerner and Epic EHR go-live.
