The NextStop® Mobility platform provides a reliable and mature suite of products to support rapid deployments for digital transport solutions that scale.The Passenger App enables users to create an account, select their ride (either a school service or corporate travel), and book a seat. Tickets for each service are available for customers to purchase through the app or online. Payments can be made using debit/credit cards, bank transfer or direct debit - all options are available.Additional features are included in the app to help customers to plan their journey and provide feedback (via instant surveys for driver feedback and general service review). There’s also a real-time vehicle tracker for each vehicle in the fleet which displays the precise location of the vehicle and other important information such as occupancy levels and what’s onboard, e.g USB charging, WiFi, Contactless.Once onboard, M-tickets and Smart Cards can be validated against scanners and readers as required. The Driver App holds a passenger manifest for pre-booked seat holders and there’s also an option to provide contactless payments onboard if required.M-tickets utilise a range of fraud prevention technologies including dynamic QR codes which ensures the code on the ticket is automatically refreshed when in use. Device locking is also available as a configuration to prevent more than one device being used by the same app account.An Inspector app is also provided alongside the Driver App should you wish to deploy this solution to ground staff enabling them to validate both Smart Cards and M-tickets for passengers prior to boarding, at pick-up points such as airports, bus stations, schools and other transport terminals.*Note. Customer accounts can also be preloaded for corporate and student travellers through the back office where required. This feature is referred to as whitelisting passenger groups.
