I devised a revamped five-year strategy, which included fundraising proposals and strategic connections with prominent Scottish charities. I boosted the Foundation's position among targeted audiences, establishing it as Lloyds Banking Group's most popular engagement programme in Scotland.Key Accomplishments • Led the Foundation team providing financial support to the third sector in Scotland, fostering the Foundation's visibility among internal and external stakeholders, especially influential stakeholders to enhance advocacy • Contributed to the creation of Lloyds Banking Group's purpose of 'Helping Britain Prosper' and agreement of core success measures
