Scott also regularly represents commercial lenders, seller/servicers and other financial institutions in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing product line and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program.In addition to lender representation, Scott often represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of condominiums, coops, single-family and multi-family buildings throughout New York.Scott has been published in journals such as Bloomberg and The Mann Report, and has frequently been quoted in articles from many other real estate and finance related news sources.Since 2018, Scott has been named in the Rising Stars section of Super Lawyers.
