• Manage 3 teams in New Hampshire, Texas, California, and Hawaii through weekly Zoom meetings, ensuring all employees meet their yearly goals within 5% of the target and leading team recruitment and development • Manage the extension of credit, monitor high-risk accounts, and assist in resolution of escalated issues • Perform credit analysis on new and existing customers through financial statement review utilizing a financial scorecard and external credit reporting • Maintain robust controls for credit and collections functions, including reconciliation of various GL accounts while participating in period close function • Negotiate settlements/payment plans with customers, working collaboratively with sales managers and finance leadership to resolve payment issues and delinquent balances • Ensure the research and optimal resolution of non or short payments and manage the reporting process for DSO, bad debt, high-risk accounts, and other AR/finance/sales analyses as needed • Work cross-functionally with sales and other internal partners to identify root causes for issues involving pricing, invoicing, transmission, and delivery and determine the best resolutions and preventative practices
