I am responsible for the full lifecycle of proposals, including RFP vetting, writing, editing, and submitting final products for government proposals and other written material. I provide oversight for the entire proposal effort, such as past-performance, programmatic, cost, and technical volumes, with support from an experienced proposal team. I survey the business development pipeline and review capture plans to assist in leading the proposal team in the development of high quality, winning solutions.

Engage in the development and execution of strategic marketing communications to efficiently support product launch campaigns and company brand across various communication channels. Having a strong focus on employee engagement and employee morale activities that create a positive retention aid for the enterprise. Create communication programs that promote the organization and its products and services through various means including blogs and social media, websites, product collateral, logos, or other promotional products. Collaborate with external partners/vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns. Develop a calendar for social media campaigns and initiatives to ensure constant interaction and engagement with customers and prospects. Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.

Managed the Marketing and Proposal Department for Peerless. Created and instituted a modified Shipley model for the proposal process which includes: color reviews, compliance checks, pricing models, document configuration control and SharePoint architecture for file storage and group collaboration. Maintained and redesigned corporate briefings, slick sheets, and all marketing materials. Lead the design effort to rework www.epeerless.com. Introduced Peerless the concept of corporate SME consultants in the proposal and marketing process to control overhead costs. Managed 10 consultant workers who worked various efforts for the proposal and marketing department. Worked hand-in-hand with Capture Managers to lead the development large-scale proposals across the corporate departmental divisions in areas of engineering, cyber, intel, and mission. This requires interface with executive management, division management, business development, subcontractor, contracts, and consultants in all matters of new business / bid-decisions and strategy. My department controlled the coordination preparation of all assigned proposals, from concept through presentation to the customer.

Also served as the Peerless Sr. Proposal Manager for the coordination, writing, and preparation of all main stream proposal from concept through presentation to the customer.Directed and instituted a new proposal process which incorporated for bid decision and purposed to stream line work flow of the proposal effort and resources.

This five-team-member responded to Government RFPs with short response times (10 days) and specific technical requirements

Processed, managed and maintained the NETCENTS PMO data for all Government solicitations through the DoD program. The information managed follows: Government requirements and configurations, sub-contractor capabilities, product quotes and technical proposal requirements, PMO financials (purchase orders, invoicing, billing), and deliverables to the Government end users for month, quarterly and annual reporting. Oversaw and performed the construction, update and maintenance of a NCI PMO NETCENTS database to display information on the corporate level for reporting, analysis and bid decisions. Also constructed a web interface for the Government customers to view up to date logistics intel on the associated project. Coordinated with the NCI NetCents PMO Director. This project included bid decisions on corporate efforts from the NETCENTS IDIQ vehicle, logistics with corporate delivery orders, procuring product orders, evaluating and managing proposals, resolution of delivery order issues and the resolving of contract issues.

Technology Coordinator Duties: Managed the integration and usage of the school technology in the classroom / curriculum, performed maintenance on the IT hardware systems, performed employee IT training, and instructed Web design class. Assisted the System Administrator in installation and implementation of new hardware and updated software systems for all the employees. The project includes the training of all employees on the XP systems, Micorsoft and Adobe products, and integrating previous used systems into company (school) wide usage. Assistant Administrator Duties: Managed various tasks to assist the school directors: record keeping, monitoring grades, student counseling, planned school trips (Washington D.C., retreats), aided teachers with curriculum development, over saw school facilities.
