As part of an Agile Development team, developed new features and supporting UI for PointRoll’s Actionscript-based Composer ad development application. Rewrote a number of legacy Composer features, co-leading the conversion from Flex to pure AS3. Created a browser-independent ad viewability tracking mechanism using Javascript for Flash ads. Developed a sophisticated feed data parsing feature for ads that require dynamic content. Contributed to UI/UX design.

Designed, developed, maintained, and expanded a massive online learning/simulation delivery engine. Engine used to build a number of award-winning, video-heavy simulations/courses used by thousands of end-users across a number of organizations and corporations around the world, including major online universities and the U.S. Navy. Also responsible for designing and developing other various online games and interactive applications.

Developed online games for sites such as PBSKids.org and NickJr.com. Designed, developed, and/or provided Creative Direction on numerous online learning products, online applications, and websites for companies such as Advanced Practice Systems, the Monitor Group, Leverage Point Innovations, Inc., and StormWind Studios.

Designed and developed a series of dynamic, XML-driven Flash applications and templates for interactive online learning courses. Updated existing Flash infrastructure for optimization and effectiveness. Conceptualized and created of an expansive custom class library. Mentored other team members in Flash and Actionscript.

Managed and participated in Flash development of top-tier online learning products. Creative direction: led creative deep dives, developed storyboards, and provided creative and technical direction to content writers, Flash developers, and graphic designers. Managed local and overseas outsource vendors. Assisted in the design and development of the external Sales & Marketing website and supporting collateral. Also responsible for development and maintenance of design and coding standards documentation.
