The MCMM is a volunteer staffed 501c3 non-profit faith Based Center for Trauma & Joy Informed Spiritual Direction Formation, Direction, Resource & Education that partners with individuals and churches. This role includes overseeing and directing all internal operations and interactions with volunteers, individuals, churches and ministries. Additionally responsible for strategy implementation, community liaison and outreach, and coordination of fundraising and volunteer empowerment.

With an emphasis on high-quality customer service, responsibilities included the development and ongoing management of key performance indicators, developing and deployment of specialized product and procedure training.Oversaw call center of 15 B2B customer service professionals servicing multiple distribution channels.
