We started Hunter Projects Melbourne with a view to using our years of experience in all aspects of the industry to develop, create and execute projects that all stakeholders can be proud of. To act with integrity and respect for design, materials and most importantly delivering positive outcomes for our clients. Management of expectations, building with efficient practices and being process driven are the cornerstones of our business and although only young have already seen the success this mentality and ethos can and will continue to bring.

Similar to United Project Solutions, I was taken on to create structure and best practice within a developing business and build the business from within. This saw a systems overhaul, policy development as well as taking on the role of managing new and existing clients. Tendering incoming project opportunities soon became a part of my role as well as Proposal Development. I left there to move onto my own Company

Was employed by United Project Solutions to create their Business Development Strategy and presence as well as engage and Management of existing and new clients as well as creating a best practice structure within the business. Supported the Managing Director on a day to day level in creating positive outcomes for the business and clients as well as providing leads and support through my Hunter Gatherer Group Consultancy.

Developed in partnership a Consultancy Group purposely for the development of thoughtful, considered and successful hospitality offerings. This included Brand Design Development, Design & Construction Development, Client Side Management, On-Site Management and Tender Development. Helped create venues such as Mr Miyagi, Ponyfish Island, Lume, The Meatball & Wine Bar (CBD & Richmond), Parkside, Standing Room (MC,UOM & RMIT) Rock Sugar, The Pickers Union and Prohibition

As the Operations Manager I oversaw the development of all new Projects, Sites and Activations within the group as well as hiring all key Management Staff required for all venues. Assisted in developing the the brand and its key message as well as ensuring each business and enterprise was stable financially and sustainable. Worked closely with the entire team to ensure cohesive and successful relationships became the fabric of the business and it's growth. I also was key in negotiating key licensing and product agreements maintaining the integrity of the brand and ensuring proftiablitiy through those arrangements.
