    I lead the development of the Risk and PnL system for ANZ's balance sheet desk. The system values the global balance sheet including:- millions of retail and institutional loans, leases and deposits- interest rate swaps, bonds and futuresI started the project as a greenfield development in 2014, and it has been rolled out globally.The system uses Java server-side and a C# WPF UI. The server-side runs on Linux with a DB and a distributed in-memory OLAP cube.50% of my work involves designing the system, supervising other developers, mentoring and ensuring software development best practices are followed (such as code reviews, coding standards, test driven development and code coverage checks). The other 50% is coding or reviewing my team's code. We follow an agile process.Prior to 2014 at ANZ, I led the Fixed Income development team that focused on the ION Marketview deployment and building integration points around that vendor system.
