Since being admitted to the practice of law in 1994, I have had the privilege to work for numerous commercial real estate developers, national wireless communications service providers and communications tower companies. While much of my experience has focused on securing right to build permits and approvals for large scale commercial development projects, I have also had the opportunity to successfully represent my clients in several Article 78 proceedings. I have also been involved with high profile condemnation (Eminent Domain Procedure Law) proceedings which were ultimately decided in my client's favor at NY State's highest court, the Court of Appeals.My primary professional focus is to tailor cost effective and innovative legal solutions for each and every client.
