• Project manager for an Oracle based material control project, during the critical launch phase of the project within a manufacturing facility in Ford Motor Company.
• Technical leader for the material control project at Enfield for over 2 years.
• Part of the team that analysed the business and presented a document to management recommending improvements to the plant material handling processes
• Played a pivotal role in reporting back to management and negotiating with the unions to help facilitate the implementation of the material control system.
• Worked for six months in Ford’s materials & logistics department scheduling, working closely with suppliers and customers and liaising with production, quality & finance departments to maintain continuous production.
