Principle Achievements• Closed £500,000 and £1,000,000 in respective years within the channel.• Signed up over 30 partners in my first year exceeding my target of 25.• Won Compuware UK quarterly sales award for most significant sale of the quarter at Boots.• Largest deal £450,000 of product and services at Virgin Atlantic.• Was an original member of the channel sales team started the channel programme in 2001, which identified and recruited 128 partners over 2 years across development, testing and application performance monitoring. Partners included testing consultancies, technology houses and system integrators. Other major achievements include integrating direct sales into channel programme, developing enhanced value propositions with Microsoft, Intellicorp and Cadre CSM. Developing partner roadmaps including verticals, technologies, geographies, training programmes and sales / marketing plans. • Created a major joint value proposition with a partner organization Intellicorp, which significantly cut the cost out of SAP change management programmes within customer sites. Primarily this solution had a successful track record within the retail sector. Main activities included forming relationships with key individuals within Intellicorp including CEO, developing value proposition, producing collateral, motivating direct sales team to work with the channel and a range of marketing programmes.
