Lucky enough to be head-hunted given my previous experience both with the company EDS, and the ongoing government DWP contract. Providing desktop support for individual users, across Legacy software and its integration within new, bespoke and off-the-shelf software packages, desktop hardware and servers.

A twelve-month contract with an integral role on-site, overseeing the high-profile roll-out of IT across the Governments DWP contract nationwide. Dealing in the main with representatives from the civil service, their day-to-day issues and concerns as part of the roll-out, resolving these and relaying this information back to senior management at EDS UK. This role was part of a four-year sandwich degree at the University of Central Lancashire.
