Current• Provide overall support for physician, including obtaining patient records and documentation prior to appointments as well as record patient history and present illnesses (HPI)• Be present during patient examination to record findings and treatment plan in addition to recording vitals such as height, weight, and blood pressure• Prepare exam rooms and equipment for treatments• Arrange additional testing such as MRI’s, consultations, or bone scans and schedule follow up appointments• Responsible for various administrative functions of the practice such as screening phone messages and answering patients’ questions, filling out disability forms, and insuring organization and effective management of paperwork throughout the day
