Scott Smith, a distinguished graduate from the Penn State University School of Architecture with 40 years of practice in architecture, brings decades of experience to the design studio. He believes success-in-collaboration results in success-in-design. In his leadership positions, he has been a mentor to aspiring architects and designers around him.Scott began his career in Baltimore and the Baltimore/Washington Corridor where he built his foundational knowledge of design, technical expertise, and management skills. Scott and his family moved to Tulsa in 1998.Over the last two decades, Scott has been instrumental in creating meaningful architecture in and around Tulsa. He finds inspiration in photographing architecture throughout Oklahoma and where he travels. Scott has a creative eye for composition and the ability to bring complex ideas into focus. He believes that good architecture results from the successful synthesis of ideas made possible by the collective contributions of many.
