As a Lead Man I'm overseeing, plan, direct and organizes Public Works' operations in sewers. Establishes job priorities and time frames for assigned personnel. Monitors completion of job assignments. Trains employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and proper safety procedures. Prepares and maintains accurate reports on daily work activities, including tasks completed. Oversees elements of emergency preparedness and response including flood mitigation and debris clean-up. Serves as liaison to internal and external customers and responds to requests and inquiries concerning programs, policies, procedures and time lines for construction, maintenance and repair projects. Maintains staff and resources necessary to complete duties in timely manner. Responds to citizens’ questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner. Communicate and coordinate regularly with appropriate others to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of interdepartmental operations and activities.

Combated enemy forces and provided safety and security to citizens. Detained and arrested criminals and military combatants. Answered service calls and emergencies concerning criminal activities and issues. Provided security to high-profile clients. Conducted multiple security sweeps of buildings, offices, houses, and other various high-risk locations. Serve as security at numerous checkpoints. Provided customer care to citizens and addressed any of their concerns and questions. Dedicated to providing safety, security, and safeguarding and protecting interest, people, life, and property. Maintained law and order during times of chaos, riots, and rebellions. Enforced military regulations, policies, and laws. Based on my commander's intent and guidance, scouts conduct reconnaissance forward of other friendly forces to provide current, accurate information about the enemy, terrain, weather, and physical resources within a specified area of operations. This provides the follow-on forces with an opportunity to maneuver freely and rapidly to their objective. Scouts keep the follow-on forces from being surprised or interrupted, and they prevent these forces from losing men and equipment along the way to the objective. Scout's perform three types of reconnaissance: route, zone, and area. Maintain Tempo and Focus,Orient on the Reconnaisance objective,Report all information rapidly and accuraely, Retain freedom to maneuver, Gain and maintain enemy contact, Develope the situation rapidly....Scouts Out!!!

Lubricates, changes oil and other fluids and filters on a variety of City-owned equipment. Washes and cleans vehicles, picks up and delivers vehicles, performs custodial duties in shop and office areas, assists mechanics, welders, and fuel station attendants and other skilled trades in performing maintenance and repairs to equipment, provides needed information and demonstrations concerning how to perform certain work tasks to new employees in the same or similar class of position.
