I like to build things. They may be systems, production processes or the crews needed to support them. This requires a leader and team members with the skills and tenacity to follow through to the goal. I enjoy the challenge and thrive on the troubleshooting required to find success in every project.I’ve been an educator and a small business owner, followed by production and quality roles in manufacturing. My 25 years with an outdoor rescue organization has taught me to work within a team of “type A” personalities to accomplish stressful tasks efficiently and effectively. All of these experiences have nourished an innate instinct in how to make things happen. A task may be technical or it may be more related to personal relationships and team building, and I’m adept at addressing both.If I don’t have a complete answer to a problem, I will tell you so. Then I will get that answer—clear, concise and factual.
