• Member of team responsible for design, installation and commissioning of new equipment for site conversion from production plant to Australia’s largest import terminal.• Identification of E&I related Refinery production threats and implementation of associated mitigations resulting in increased plant reliability. • Provide E&I input to the Management of change process & for Plant HAZOP studies.• Responsible for scoping and planning repair activities of critical E&I equipment to minimise plant interruptions including coordination of work with other departments.• Identify and Implement improvement objectives for E&I Team.• Provide training for technicians on site critical equipment such as Governor control systems, Process Analysers, DCS & ESD system.• Responsible for Analyser Reliability, upgrades and associated maintenance record keeping.• Responsible for E&I investigations relating to equipment failure and plant downtime.• Project commissioning and development of maintenance guides for new equipment.• Provide Technical assistance to E&I Maintenance team.•Develop Maintenance Stratergies for E&I equipment• Development/Implementation of Plant Maintenance Routines which allow maintenance activities to be performed with repeatability.
