Responsible for the customer segmentation strategy including the high net worth customer segments (Signature, Premier and Risk Management) which includes providing underwriting, account management support and technical expertise for PRS’s largest customers. • Developed and implemented the marketing and underwriting strategy for the high net worth customer segment with $1.5 billion in written premium • Lead the refresh of PRS's large account strategy through the effective management an outside consultant engagement , managing work streams, and implementation of updated strategies and services• Implemented an account management strategy that consistently results in 98% retention for the top accounts • Work closely with the marketing and new product manager to develop innovative coverage and services for the high net worth customer segment• Responsible for reinsurance from 2001 – 2011, with extensive knowledge of facultative and treaty placements. Assist the reinsurance strategy through ongoing product and underwriting marketing presentations to reinsurers• Created a fine art underwriting practice that combines a panel of underwriting and appraisal resources that promotes our underwriting and service capabilities• Created a Custom Solutions Underwriting practice that facilitates PRS’s ability to meet the unique product needs of the high net worth customer• Previous experience managing the Worldwide Yacht Underwriting Practice• Previous experience managing the Group Personal Excess Underwriting Practice• Subject matter expert for complex liability solutions• Created an Underwriting Specialist program for fine art, liability and collector vehicle.• Underwriting leadership and knowledge transfer has enabled PRS to significantly increase underwriting authority at the underwriting center level
