Corovan’s only database developer/analyst with a focus on ERP migration/implementation from decades old, homemade customer order/servicing application to Infor Syteline cloud based ERP system. Provided guidance on unfeasible 6 month implementation plan which included data migration and data exchange between Syteline and in-house applications. Responsible for all aspects of data migration, cleansing, integrating with 7 independent Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics) accounting databases. Consolidated roughly 35,000 customers to 2,500 active ones, cleansed 90,000 customer addresses using Google Address Validation API. Created bi-directional Staging database and processes to integrate Syteline data with existing, in-house operations application to service customers. Completed customer orders were formatted and uploaded to Syteline for AR processing. Provided database support for SQL Server based legacy applications (Windfall). Provided technical assistance and guidance to users throughout the company. Key tools/responsibilities included:• Created database processing to extract corporate customer, financial, and historic transactional data for migration to Infor Syteline. This included extensive SQL analysis to consolidate similar customers, cleanse inaccurate data, and remove inactive customers. Resulting data was formatted for import to ERP system. • Staging process received thousands of BODs per day from Syteline/EQ for processing in a legacy SQL Server based application. Created specialized logic to allow processing of a large volume of information by a legacy, cursor based , order entry system. Extensive reconciliation, validation, and error handling processes which integrated with customized, automated e-mail based notifications. • Developed staging database and processing to import customer orders from Syteline into legacy SQL application. ETL also exported service and payment data from legacy application to ERP for accounting and financial reporting.

Lead developer/analyst for implementing data obfuscation in internal environments, as an enterprise wide effort for compliance with Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Responsible for large scale SQL Server database modifications, data validation, user acceptance, SSIS, SSRS, and associated ETL tasks.Coordinated communication between in-house and off-shore team members to ensure that all no validation or implementation tasks were overlooked. Uncovered inconsistencies and anomalies in obfuscated data that had been undetected for several years, resulting in changes that ensured internal data was compliant with GLBA statues. The project successfully concluded on schedule.

Reengineered physician based ETL processing for exceptionally high value clients. Modified processing to accommodate 10x increase in client data. Developed automated, daily validation and error checks to facilitate daily ETL extracts for near real-time analytics. Responsible for all aspects of ETL, data validation, and modifications for clients whose financials exceed $500 million per month.Developed custom processes to create enterprise wide, Excel based reports for distribution to internal and external clients. This project required extensive SQL coding, while the deliverable was created via C#.Primary technical programmer for Access based databases used for complex medical billing and physician disbursement. Leveraged SQL Server based data from CRM and Sales application for internal use. Custom ETL processing pulled data from disparate platforms into a custom in-house SQL Server database. Utilized Reporting Services for executive-level analysis, created Ad-hoc extracts, coded custom Excel based tools to allow visualization and in-depth analysis.Lead developer of internal SharePoint portal for corporate-wide use. Programatically referenced AD for dynamic HR related pages, designed and implemented geography and corporate-hierarchy based security and data filtering to limit data access (based on sales region, seniority, etc.) to Reporting Services reports.Integrated in-house SQL Server customer database with commercial marketing application to send targeted sales related messages to existing customer base. Created PICK extract code (very legacy), automated Access processing, created validation logic to identify data issues related to operational errors to ensure payroll was correct before distribution. Primary responsibilities included technical sales, new product development, creating technical documentation, and assisting in production.The primary customer base for QD instruments is physics and chemistry groups performing basic materials research. My role allowed me to collaborate with R&D groups, perform materials characterization utilizing our instrumentation, and provide technical assistance. This research provided the foundation for the grant that ultimately led to groups purchasing our equipment.In this role I presented research results at domestic and international scientific conferences.Additionally my responsibilities allowed my to create sales literature for distribution to scientific journals, technical manuals for existing customers, and user notes which allowed customers to maximize the utility of their instrumentation by using it in novel ways.
