I help people move on to the next chapter in their lives by helping them buy or list their homes for sale and negotiate the terms of the contracts.

As the Shipping Manager it was my job to make sure orders shipped on time and error free. It was also my job to ensure the accuracy of the inventory in the warehouse as well as safety for the employees.I also handled the recycling program for the building. I negotiated the contracts for the recyclables to be picked up and what price we were to be paid for them. As the Receiving Manager it was my job to monitor the process of the intake of materials and accurate count of materials coming in to ensure the counts were correct in the system. I also ensured the safety of the employees in that area so that no one got hurt on the job.As the IT Manager I was responsible for all of the computers in the building as well as the network they were on. I updated computers as needed and was a troubleshooter on a regular basis.
