As a Territory Manager at A-dec, I have the responsibility to establish a consultative and sincere relationship with key accounts, targeted towards mutual growth and profitability. The foundation of that relationship is based on Integrity, Trust and, Credibility.On a daily basis, I maintain direct personal contact with all assigned accounts, responding to a variety of requests including product information, project quotations, promotional programs etc. I deliver product and sales/services training on a scheduled basis as well as accompanying dealer sales staff on sales calls to end-users in the field as requested.I serve as a host to all dealer meetings reviewing field activity, evaluating market trends, identifying business opportunities and establishing growth plans and strategies to develop business in key areas. Our national Territory Management team attends conventions, incentive trips, and other functions on a regular basis throughout the year.
